Bob is a Chartered Accountant having trained with Price Waterhouse, London. Prior to joining SPS in 2003, he was the Finance Director of Stena Line (UK) Ltd and Finance Director of Prism Rail PLC. He has extensive expertise and experience in all financial and strategic matters and wide experience of the ferry, transport and logistic industries.

He is a non-executive director and board mentor to owner-managed businesses. He has particular expertise in planning and implementing strategic development of businesses, chairing management board meetings, preparing business plans, developing financing strategies and advising on contractual matters.

With over 20 years experience at Board level, Ian has been involved in operations, marketing, advertising and logistics as well as having full Managing Director experience. His industry experience includes retailing, franchising, information technology, sponsorship, bakery and hotel and catering industries.

Ian specialises in helping business owners build enthusiastic, dynamic energetic and practical holistic solutions to resolve the business issues, which hinder an organisation from optimising its growth and profitability.

Martin has spent 30 years at the CEO level driving high tech businesses. A digital systems engineer by training, he has focused on strategic development and organisation change to drive sales and margin growth. He also chaired a UK holding company and a property industry trade body.

He uses his wide experience of business recovery and growth, to aid companies realise their maximum potential. His experience allows him to advise on board behaviour and obligations and provide individual director mentoring.
